The Senior Procurement Executive is responsible for ensuring that acquisition and grants management policies, practices and systems of the Department are in accordance with applicable laws, regulations and Departmental policies. Grants management includes grantee activities such as applications, property management, and procurement procedures used by the Operating Administrations to manage their grants programs.
